The Hotel Edison

KORINS

The Hotel Edison is a historic hotel building at 228 West 47th Street in Midtown Manhattan, and is part of the Triumph Hotels collection. Constructed in 1931, Thomas Edison turned on the lights when it opened, hence its name. It houses the famed Rum House, the Edison Ballroom, as well as the new location of the Fireman Hospitality Group’s Bond 45. KORINS was tasked with modernizing the branding while celebrating the building’s classic art deco architecture.
